Welcome to Bulkyy Purchase Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services for procurement, bulk purchase, and supply of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) through our website, mobile application, and WhatsApp ordering channels.
By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Scope of Service
Bulkyy Purchase Ltd acts as a bulk procurement and supply company that sources goods directly from manufacturers and distributes them to individuals and businesses based on aggregated customer orders.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
- Orders may be placed through our website, mobile app, or verified WhatsApp business line.
- An order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation or credit approval (where applicable).
- Bulkyy Purchase Ltd reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or verification issues.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods include online payment gateways, direct bank transfers, or approved credit arrangements.
- Orders will be processed only after full or agreed payment confirmation.
5. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Bulkyy Purchase Ltd delivers through its logistics partners or approved third-party couriers.

Delivery timelines will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation.
7. Loss and Damage
Bulkyy Purchase Ltd will not bear any risk, loss, or damage of any consignment already delivered to the customer at a specified address.
8. Product Information
We ensure accuracy in product descriptions and specifications, but minor variations may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
9. Customer Obligations
- Customer must provide accurate delivery and contact details. Bulkyy Purchase Ltd will not be liable for any consignment delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer.
- Customer shall inspect goods upon receipt and notify Bulkyy Purchase Ltd of any defects or shortages within 48 hours.
- Customer must comply with all applicable laws when reselling or redistributing goods purchased from Bulkyy Purchase Ltd.
10. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility
- The product is defective, damaged, or expired.
- A wrong product was delivered.
Conditions
- Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
- FMCG or perishable goods cannot be returned once opened or consumed. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order.

11. Limitation of Liability
Bulkyy Purchase Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Liability for defective goods is limited to replacement or refund as outlined in our Return Policy.
12. Force Majeure
Bulkyy Purchase Ltd shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, transport disruption, supplier delays, or government regulations).
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in Lagos.
